Born in 1969, Joseph Renwick Randon's life is a story of faith, movement, survival, innovation and purpose — formed through family, basketball, entrepreneurship, loss and reinvention, and the quiet discipline of continuing forward.
The journey
Joseph Renwick Randon was born in 1969. His story begins with family, faith, basketball and the belief that every person carries a position of meaning.
Raised in Fort Bend County, Texas, Joseph learned to understand life through movement — on the basketball court, through entrepreneurship, across moments of loss and reinvention, and through the quiet discipline of continuing forward.
His journey from B.F. Terry High School to the University of Miami, through Hurricane Andrew and a new beginning in California, did not follow a straight line. It became a living laboratory.
In 1998, his learning took form through SoundWater: Sound as Instruction and Water as Transmission.
From SoundWater grew Geobody® Sense Fitness, the Court of Life™ and Big Prayer Museum™ — connected expressions of one central mission: to improve humanity by helping people recognize their senses, understand their time and discover their position.
A life begins in Texas, rooted in family, faith and generational history.
Basketball becomes a language of discipline, position and possibility.
SoundWater is founded — connecting instruction with transmission.
The work becomes a living ecosystem for education, awareness, participation and public good.
A living manifesto
The body is a map. The senses are instruments. Every human being has a position — and every position can become a force for positive action.
Awareness begins within. We learn to see, hear, feel, smell and taste our experiences before reacting to them.
Purpose requires motion. Ideas become meaningful when they enter the world through disciplined and useful action.
Improvement is the destination. Faith, hope and love can move through spirit, sports and environment to serve humanity.
